Q: Do you make trips outside of the city?
A: Yes. Eastern Car Service will go out of town at very low rates. Just call our dispatcher for a quote.

Q: Do you offer full day service?
A: Yes we do. Our vehicles are available for full day service or for several hours at a time. Just call in for a quote.

Q: Do you service all the local airports? Will you be there to pick me up?
A: Yes we do. We take pride in our service to and from all local airports. We can arrange to have a car ready for you at your arriving terminal and are willing to travel to out of town airports.

Q: Can I make an advanced reservation?
A: Yes you can. You can use our new online system to make your reservation or call it in.

Q: Are all your vehicles licensed by TLC?
A: Yes. All our drivers are fully licensed and vehicles are insured by TLC.

Q: How will I know when my vehicle is ready to pick me up?
A: Most of our vehicles will be there ready to pick you up within minutes. Our vehicles will honk the horn and wait for you to appear and/or will give you a courtesy call providing a phone number was given.

Q: Do all your vehicles have an "Eastern Car Service" sign and vehicle number?
A: Yes. NY State law requires that all TLC Car Service vehicles have a company sign and vehicle number displayed. For your safety, DO NOT enter any unmarked vehicle or vehicle that has a different company sign. This vehicle may be an unlicensed and/or uninsured vehicle. If you are unsure please call us back and we will verify the vehicle for you.

Q: Do your vehicles have EZ-Pass?
A: You can request a vehicle with EZ-Pass at no extra charge to save you time on your trip.

Q: Can we get multiple vehicles?
A: Yes. We can arrange multiple vehicles to pick your party up from your desired location.

Q: What is the maximum amount of passengers allowed in your vehicles?
A: For the exception of mini-vans, we only allow 4 passengers per vehicle as per TLC regulations. If you have more passengers we will be glad to send you multiple vehicles.

Q: Do you offer car seats for my child?
A: Yes we do. We have child car seats ready for your infant or todler at a low additional fee.

Q: Can I take my dog in your vehicle?
A: Most of our drivers are dog and pet friendly. Just call in and ask for a vehicle that is pet friendly.

Q: Are you responsible for any lost belongings?
A: No. We are not responsible for any belongings left behind in our vehicles by accident. However if you do happen to lose something, please call it in. If our drivers happen to find your belonging, he/she will deliver it at the base.

Q: Do you accept Credit Cards?
A: Yes we do. We accept all major credit cards including VISA, American Express, Mastercard and Discover as well as Traveler's Checks.

Q: Can I create a personal account with you?
A: Yes. You can create a personal account using our online system or by calling in to set one up.

Q: Do you offer corporate accounts?
A: Yes we do. Eastern Car Service is ready to service your corporate needs. Please call for more information.

Q: How can I redeem a coupon?
A: You can redeem a coupon, pending it is still valid, in our website or by providing it to the driver.
